Our Sealcoating Procedure

1. Edge grass away from asphalt.

2. Clean asphalt with steel broom and blower.

3. Reinforce Garage and Apron seams using Acrylic crack sealer and backer rod.
(where applicable)

4. Seal asphalt cracks using Acrylic crack sealer. (Hot "Flex a Fill" is available)

5. Petroseal over heavy oil stains. (where applicable)

6. Brush application of sealcoat. (Spray application available)

7. All sealer used is Sealmaster a Commercial Grade Coal Tar Emulsion.

8. Sealmaster meets and exceeds Government Specifications. Contains latex
additives (3%) to improve durability and Black Beauty sand added for tractions.

9. Barricade end of driveway with caution tape.

10. (1) year guarantee on workmanship and material.*

Driveway will be ready for traffic use - 24 to 36 hours.
